Keeping in mind the history of the 3rd Ward and being connected to the Eldorado Ballroom, there is an initial gateway into the music and jazz scene. We wanted to explore bringing this musical culture back to life through aesthetics and typography. The chosen typeface exhibits beautiful contrasting lines and weights, suggestive of changes in pitch and tune, semi art deco, yet keeping the round curves you would expect to find in a cozy baked goods shop.
